Cupcakes - Haiku for Ben H

The truth is, I forgot all about this blog. I think I'll re-start with some haiku that I wrote in response to Ben H.'s exhibit, "Cupcakes". Ben interpreted himself, society, and some of his friends as cupcakes. The medium was (found) wood engraving (?).

I am a cupcake
with a crummy destiny
bound to be eaten

This is loneliness
one cupcake left on the plate
gone stale with waiting

Looking for trouble
cupcake with an attitude
"Hey Buddy! Bite me!"
